Just wondering if its anyone on here I spot near enough every weekday on my way home, heading from the M3 area heading towards Fleet/Farnborough direction?

It sounds lovely and I'm intrigued to find out what exhaust is fitted!

Is it white with half of the Abarth stickering on the sides removed, the back section leaving just Abarth and the strip to the front wing ??

It is indeed white but I couldn't comment on the stickering as we're always traveling in opposite directions so I've never had a chance to get a good look at it! It does sound fantastic though and has made the a500 next on the purchase list smile

After making the owner aware of your enquiry his response was:

'LOL yup, that's me.

It's a Magneti Marelli Street race Group N and 1.4 bar of boost.

what is the other poster and what does he drive.'

Over to you guys to bond, I have shown him the thread ...

How does it compare to your 100hp? Obviously it will be much quicker in a straight line but what about handling/brakes?

Hi there,

It's quite a tricky one as it feels a completely different car but overall I'll say the Panda is the better car in the bends but the abarth starts and stops quicker lol!

Get some decent springs and dampers on the 500 and it'll be as good as the Panda - it's the same platform, after all..

FIAT/COFAP ones are shocking - I only have a 500 Twin Air, and fitting Bilstein B14s was the best move I ever made. Closest thing to an original sixties Mini I've ever had, with more practicality.

Hope you're enjoying your A500..
