Yeah, you could pore over the minor details all day. I've not seen one in the flesh yet, but from the pics i've seen and those above, a beautiful car all the same. Nice in black as well.

Looks like this is very sensitive to colour then.

This black car is, from those pics, drool-inspiringly gorgeous.

In red on the other hand, dont get me wrong, its a sensational car, but somehow just doesnt do it for me as much as the 456 (I will own a 456 someday... someday...)

Cant wait to see the 575 replacement, but my gut feeling based on the aesthestics of the previous 2 models is that the 430/575 replacement/612 range will lack the utter eyecandy perfection of the 355/550/456 lineup.

They may be better to drive, however most mere mortals arent in the position to judge them dynamically.

I agree about the colours.

I adore the black one i posted, but the red one at Goodwood left me merely impressed, not drooling.

I think it's the lonnnnnng wheelbase that seems a little out of sorts, but is better disguised in black. Obviously the front/mid engined layout has it's compromises. A beaut all the same, mind you I've got beer goggles and am a bit of a sucker for the prancing horse.

wow - never thought I'd think the 612 was anything other than an ugly blob

but in black it actually looks 50% as good as the 456 it replaced, nice interior though

Anyone noticed how Verdis have nicked these photos for one of their adverts? I don't mind as the original photos weren't taken by me, but by 'NNO' from FChat

Interesting contour along the side/doorpanel. The interior is immaculate.
