Surgery have got a nice weatherproof one with a stem/handlebar mount. Looks like you can still use a touch screen as well. Not sure how big your phone is though?

I've recently purchased a Topeak Ride Case for my iPhone 5.
I love it; It looks smart, is very secure, easily adjusted, can be tilted upright for filming or using the torch, comes with a silicone top cover for use in bad weather, easily removed.

The one in my link is a 'bag' so it would be quite accommodating I think. If you have a Cycle Surgery near you I think they have them in store so you could test one out for the fit.

If not, then get an iPhone
