lambo LM 002 - I dont get it

have wandered off my usual stomping ground in the porsche forum so apologies in advance if I offend all you lambo freaks but reference the Lambo LM 002...why? I just dont get it. what is so great about this very odd looking car that makes it worth so much money (one for sale at Christopher Jackson for £60k give or take)? Is it very very fast?? can it reach 0-60 in 4sec whilst towing a horsebox? does it have an inexorable and fatal attraction to the opposite sex? can it bring you tea in bed?? it looks like...well, i dont know what it looks like but I still ask..why?

nah, seriously... its a 4X4 with the Countach V12.. what is there to dislike??? It's a road-worthy tank that sounds like a supercar.

Sadly, its weight blunts that performance and the running costs exceed Countach levels - very popular in Saudi Arabia though for pursuig the noble sport of Falconry.

I like it, and I'm not the only one. It's more stylish than the Hummer. And I can imagine it'll drive pretty OK.
