Dodge Prowler, retro or just ugly?

Was behind one of these in Cambridge at the weekend, left hooker, yank plates, purple.

Must say it looks pretty damn bonkers in the flesh (so to speak), and judging by the amount of people who were staring at it I think they agreed!

Are these cars officially imported?

I followed him, 100 yards to Tescos, and he turned out to be an American (lazy git!). He even laughed when I said "And I thought my car was ugly!" (Nissan GTIR) A yank, humour! so he had obviously been in this country for a while.

Quite rare these cars, never seen one on the road...saying that I have never seen a GTIR on the road either! Thank god

Actually, I notice you have a BMW 330d, I was behind one of these and he was giving it some, how much smoke out the back!!!

Aye - suggests he's got a bit of a problem there (mine did that til they put a new engine in for me - seems to be a bit of problem with build quality in the engine dept... oops) Mind you, does make you feel a bit James Bondish when you've got someone tailgating you - floor it and see them disappear!!
