Cheers guys. The picture was pretty simple to light, I found the darkest possible place I could find, setup a tripod then took multiple exposures, some with portable flash and a softbox. Then for the rest of the car I used a military spec LED torch bout 285 lumens, I got my mate to walk around the car effectively painting it with it light. The image is then composited together in photoshop to remove the lights, torch light.
give it a go I promise its pretty easy and a lot of fun watching images appear out of nothing.
