CV help requested

I've worked nearly 10years in Infrastructure and have been angling for new opportunities in other sectors and possibly different role types, not similar to those I have carried out previously.
I'm however having difficulty getting past the inevitable first round, as my CV doesn't always reflect the experience/roles most employers are requesting, though the skills I have are utterly transferable and In terms of actual key skill and ability, I tick off most, if not all the responsibilities.
I'm therefore thinking outside the box and wonder if there is a way of structuring my CV such, that my skills and abilities come out stronger than the tangible roles I have held, in the hope this may get the attention of the recruiter?

Of course, the CV is the support act; where you want to be is the key question. Once that is clear, the CV can then be designed with that in mind. Good luck!

Ha! That's part of the issue I think, I am really keen to try something new, though so many options not sure how to narrow down my search!
Name
Brief descripton of you i.e. a chartered fudge packer, with 20 years experience of new fudge design, general management of fudgy business,
Contact details.
(No age or marital status crap)
List of Skills and Career achievemnets
i.e. Management of Fudging Change
Ran department of 26 fudge makers and packers
Responsible for shipping a zillion lumps of fudge daily.
Managed a "Whole cost of Fudge" reduction project saving a trillion
AT this POINT they don't care about the rest.
Then Actual Job titles,
But list ACHIEVEMENTs and skills rather than describing the role.
Then Education and Job Related Training
If you are short of things, and you have some interesting hobbies then
Hobbies and Interests.
I used to put :
Walked the Pennine way, Three Peaks of Yorkshire and 16 Lake district peaks whilst waiting for A Level Results
and
Restored Mini, which involved welding, paint spraying, brakes and suspension refurbishment, and replacement of engine and gear box.
but I stopped putting hobbies when I got to aged 27 and my CV got to 3 pages.

I have had 15 requests. Won't be able to get it out to you guys til Friday though but it's a modern template with a page of guidance notes to help you complete it and everyone I have used it with has got to the interview table. Please near with me To all of the nearly 30 of you that have emailed me asking for the template and guidance notes I have just sent them out to you. The first document is the structure with guidance notes under each heading and the second document is an example CV created from the template so you can see what the finished product should look like.
