Sunday drive?

Hi guys,

Had my tuscan for just over a week now and was seeing if any other tvr owners near the Kent area would be interested in going for a spin this Sunday eve? It would be nice to see some other cars with the nice weather. I've not had any thoughts on a route or anything like that, but a beer garden along the way would be good to stop and Have a chat, so suggestions welcome. I live in Tonbridge, but happy to meet anywhere.

Why not come along to Brands Hatch Sunday there will be loads of TVR,s there, I will be there in the Tuscan or you could go to the south Kent TVRCC meet, they meet at the five bells inn brabourne tn25 5lp

Yeah I see that TVRCC have a meet, but I ma working all day, then the joys of putting the kids to bed, all meaning I can get out to play around 7.30pm for a couple of hours, hence the low key drive and coupla beers in the local area with some like minded car guys??

Was that you who turned up at the TVRCC meet at The Bullfinch last night?

It looked like a flying visit as I saw you drive in & then out just a few minutes later. There were a few of us eating in the garden so I didn't get a chance to come & say hello but do let me know if you fancy joining up with us sometime as we are a very active group & there's something going on most weekends.

Yeah that was me. Was meeting a guy called to Tom to see what was going on but he was running late and I had to leave at 8.30 for football. Yeah I'm always keen on meeting other TVR owners, so keep me in the loop for future stuff. I'm not a member of TVRCC as yet, is that ok?

Hi Again

I saw Tom & he pointed me in the direction of this thread, sorry we didnt get the chance to meet this time. No problem re the TVRCC bit but as you can imagine we would encourage you to join as some events are members only but please don't let that stop you coming out & enjoying the company of like minded locals.

Lots going on over the coming weeks, we have our Sunday meet at The Woodman in Ide Hill on the first Sunday of every month. I wont be there this time as Im taking the Griff (oh...& the wife) to the South Of France via the twisty bits for a couple of weeks. There should be a few of the regulars at The Woodman so please pop along if you can & make yourself known, everyone is very friendly & a great mix of ages.

When I get back we can have a proper catch up, but I can get you on our egroup in the meantime, drop me a pm with your email address & I'll send you an invite to join.
