SPA 6, anyone been?

Hi, Thinking about going to the Spa 6. Never been, done LeMans several times. Would like to camp.
What do I need to know.

Have been several times and would recommend it to anyone as a weekend packed with unique atmosphere.

I go every year to race. I've seen people camping in the Ster car park and surrounding fields and don't expect they pay for the privilage so it has to work out a lot cheaper than the camping price quoted above. Car would cost about £50 return on the ferry and entry is about 25€ if I'm not mistaken.

A push bike is always handy if you want to go round the perimeter but the inner paddock is quite busy so more advisable to walk there. I have no idea about the official site as we either stay in a motorhome in the paddock or hotels. I'm too old and too fussy for camping also remember the temp can go down to zero at night despite being warm during the day.

Great event I to got fed up with Le Mans, we stayed in the main town at a hotel which was great compared to Le Mans, we also used travel destinations who are a good outfit.
Don't expect Le Mans crowds though it is quiet in comparison.
