Gearbox oil change

After 150,000 miles, I just picked up the old girl today (T202) and was amazed at how responsive the box is after the oil change. They told me that the level was low and that the oil was more like tar than oil. So, for a grand total of £230 I have a far more responsive car and the box should be good for another 60,000 before another one. Highly recommended, and far cheaper than another box!
