BR Class 31 , 50 , 47 spotted .

I briefly glimpsed 5 old BR Diesel locomotives near Romiley , Stockport at midday today . At the head of the train was a Class 31 and I recognised a Class 50 and a Class 47 . They were all in BR colours / Railfreight colours . Are they heading for scrap or do they run on heritage tours .

Possibly on their way to / from a Diesel Gala somewhere...

They had been up at the East Lancashire Railway over the weekend for their diesel gala and were on their way back to the Mid Norfolk Railway
