Workshop/barn to rent driving distance of MK

Hello gents, just wondering if anyone was aware of any reasonably priced units, or ideally something along the lines of a farmer with a spare barn in the MK area, depending on the space driving up to half an hour or so isn't an issue.

To be used for classic car restoration not breaking, so if there are any farmers on there won't be unsavoury people around.

There's a sign for a farm place just to the south of Whitchurch on the A413, about 1500 sq ft IIRC, think the agent might be Pallett. Only a small sign, difficult to take in the details as I'm driving past (which doesn't happen often)
