Hi All.
Seen the Twin turbo set up in a XR4i, you would have to cut out quite a lot of the foot wells to get the manifolds in with the turbo's on. You don't have enough room to cut back where the clutch cylinder is. There are other options if you want to do a turbo conversion on the 2.8 or 2.9 engine in a S.

Someone on the Chim forum has been building a turbo v8 with both manifolds joined at the front of the engine then the turbo attached.

Turbo technics kit could be worth a punt if you constructed your own manifolds.
Some have been posting they need new manifolds

Funnily enough I have been thinking about turbos recently, I concluded the best way would be a single turbo this would be more straight forward as mine is 2.8, just thinking outloud
