Looking for a classic polo project

Alright guys, i'm new round here so take it easy. Ive spent some time looking for a mk2 polo or similar classic dub that will be cheap enough to insure and can also be a bit of a project. Looking to spend around the 500 quid mark but definatly depends on the car. Anyone got anything or know of anything? Im in the manchester area.
