It's not sexual pervert rubber, well not really, it's BOAT RUBBER. These things are stuck on my RIB and I want to replace a couple... but what are they called and where does one buy them?

Have drawn several nautical blanks.

Probably this (not read link).
The big ones on ropes dangling off the side of boats are called fenders, which may help if you are googling/other people call them that.
