Superb!

Great to see someone really get to grips with the Cayman. $140k-$200k is fairly pricey though, but I acknowledge you get a lot for your money. Are you involved with this project?

It is really great, isn't it? I'm so impressed with the work this shop puts out. They take care of my car and I do lend a hand on the business end of these projects.

Sweet, a GTS engine has just been bought from a right off a few weeks back.
But again that's gone out the UK to the states.

We are so far behind the states here with modding cars.

I see quite a few caymans are racing with the gts engine also in the states at the 24 hour Roxel event.

Would be a sweet engine to drop into a road car that's for sure.

What a couple of great cars. Answers a few questions from the other thread running about whether porsche will make a hardcore version

I wish they had asked how it compared lap to lap with his 911 with the same engine. My guess is the PDK car would have been quicker.

Both Caymans were mighty impressive, manual for the H&T luddites* and PDK for the Playstation Generation ghey boys* (* = Delete as reader bias prefers). If only Porsche would take note of these types of cars and actually develop something which the non-911 enthusiast would like to buy with a genuine hardcore edge.
