This should be standard kit

I had a short shift kit fitted to my 7.1 c2 today and oh my god what a difference. Yes the throw is shorter, which is nice, but it's the precision with which you can now change gear that is most noticeable. It's got that snick,snick, snick feel to it...exactly what a sports car should be like...which begs the question why isn't it fitted in the first place?

I think I read on another post that this was the best bang for buck upgrade...without doubt, especially when you go for this option from ebay http://bit.ly/10RQz3D

£50 plus £60 fitting at http://www.revolution-porsche.co.uk/ versus £380 from opc...I know I have committed a heinous crime and every porscheophile will now hunt me down for not buying oem...but hey if it goes bang I can fit another two for the price of the oem! And if 996 turbo's can't find fault with it am sure my humble c2 will be just fine!
