OK chaps, can anyone recommend a pukka tyre for an Audi A3 Quattro? Dont care about cost or Longevity, just want them to stick like sh1t to a blanket and look the nuts.

Yokohama AVS sports - sticky as shite. Don't last too long though, not sure what they're like in the wet - the Yoko A008's on my brother's mini stick like glue whatever the weather, but they don't last too long.

Mine wears Goodyear Eagle GS-A's all round, very sticky, not very long lasting, and not very cheap.

But there were a few notable exceptions . . . Michelin Pilot Sports, Yokohama AVS-Sports and Pirelli P-Zeroes. All better than the Goodyears IMHO!

The latest S3 has 225/45 Z17 tyres, but I'm not sure about yours!

They look really cool but the performance is quite poo like, and not the poo that sticks to blankets kind. Mine are Goodyear Eagles, but GS-A's which are proper performance tyres, brilliant in all situations so far. Just wear very quick.
