As 558 is flying its a no-brainer.

I'll be there. Just hope the weather is good.

The thought of 558 over Weston - display line will be shore side so she can put the power down more than at most displays so should be an awesome sight.

Can't wait.

I shall be there. I reckon on Brean Down could be quite a good place to go, based on last years spitfire/Mustang flight paths.

Good shout! Uphill would most likely be a good option too.

Indeed, both could be good, parking might be an issue, but at least best option of avoiding traffic lines into weston if not on two wheels......

Nope, both the BBMF and the para displays were cancelled due to the winds. What was the view like from up there? We watched from the beach, which was entertaining as people were busy watching the Reds as the tide came in and they didn't notice until their feet got wet!

i thought that they might have been.

view from uphill , just on the beach was good, it seemed to be just below the entry point to the flight line for the vulcan and red arrows, so some nice overhead flying.

ill try and put a couple of pics up.

ditto re the spectators, tide was coming in and some people who'd parked on the beach did not notice til the last minute. amusing to watch the rapid scrambling....
