How do I change the front side light bulb

I have tried like mad but I cant get the bulb holder out. Any tips cause my knucckles are sore now.

Turn it anti-clockwise and it'll pull out.

In my GP the bulb keeps vibrating loose and I often have to push it back into place so check that it's not just loose (once you get it apart )
