...was turned by an Italian hottie the other day, in the shape of a 458 that Ferrari kindly allowed me to drive at Millbrook with a view to buying one. I was very very impressed, the look of the thing, the way it went, the f1 box, the noise, presence I guess we call it the wow factor! I was smitten by this curvacious honey and left with the desire to pull the trigger for her during the next week or so....

But, I had to chop in the RS to make this happen and that wasent going to be easy, to kick the German fräulein out of bed for the Italian hottie, or was it?

The defining moment, was yesterday when I took the RS on a track day to Blyton. Jeez, what was I thinking about, this car is simply amazing, the way it drives, turns in, stops, sounds and makes me feel so good. The manual box is simply a peach and though not as quick as the F1, it has the involvement the Fezza can only dream about. The German lady came out fighting and has won me back, maybe i will have a dalliance with a latin lady in years to come, but not at the moment, I'm besotted again! The RS may not have the ultimate wow factor of the 458 but it has an honesty about it that I love, I can rely on this car, it won't let me down.

The say the grass is greener, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been in this case, the RS rocks, end of smile

Wow, great post!

You're a wiser man than me, which is probably why you're in the position you are.

I was sitting in traffic on the M5 recently next to a white 458 Italia. The 458 is currently planned for me in 2020, but if I could swap now I would ...
