Nearside rear tyre - excessive outside wear?
Discussion
Morning all,
Been having a gander at my mother's R56 Cooper as she was talking about having new tyres on it for the MOT. The car has PZero's on the front, fitted last year, and Pirelli Euforia's fitted in 2010 on the rear.
Looking at it the outside edge of the passenger rear wheel has worn down to just over 2mm depth. The inside of the tyre is just over 5mm, and the driver's side is the same 5+mm all the way across.
She's generally a decent driver (if a little defensive), and can't remember smashing any kerbs etc which would cause a bent piece of suspension. Has anyone encountered it before? I'm assuming it'll be something like a slightly duff rear wishbone, but nothing stands out at a glance as being knackered.
