Techart wheels on a 997 Turbo

Just bought some nice black with silver lip 19 techart formula gts wheels, 8.5 wide front and 11 wide back. I have been told all techart wheels require spacers when fitting, is this true? They are the same width and my current standard turbo wheels so would have thought it would look the same when fitting!?
Another thing, the Techarts don't have tyre pressure monitors. On the dash will I only get TPC inactive or will it give me any annoying beeps too?
Two minds what to do with the tyres which are on the techarts I have purchased. All wheels have 5-6mm Pirelli P zeros but one of the fronts has a michelin on it?! Tempted to change it to a P zero but also tempted to use it for a few months and run all the tyres down and change to michelins in 2 months! Any negatives of using a mismatch on the front?
Will stick my 997 turbo wheels for sale properly once these are on, most likely take my michelins off the turbo wheels and store them for the future. Anyone got a value with tyres for for mint turbo wheels? Was tempted to sell them without tyres tbh!
