997 1st porsche advice pls!!

Still looking to purchase my 1st porker, have decided I want a 997 cab in black ( with Preferred spec of Sports seats
& Red calipers!)

My budget is about 24-27k, what sort of year/mileage should I be looking at? 2006 with abt 50k miles? Or is that too ambitious?

Also, if I was to hold off until next Jan or Feb, what u reckon I could get for my money?

When will a gen2 cab be priced in the 20s ??

I have a feeling that gen 2 997's are going to depreciate VERY slowly. They are going to be the one people want for obvious reasons.

When will they hit the 20's? I reckon its at least 3 years away, maybe more.

Red calipers would mean it will probably need to be a Carrera S Model which is preferred by most. The standard car which comes with black calipers, although as an option you could spec red calipers on a standard Carrera although that is rare.

Be careful are you sure u want black? Looks epic when clean but so difficult to keep that way, silver works nicely, my Carrera S was Basalt Black.
