Loose door seal / rattling window

After what seems like months, I think I've finally tracked down an annoying rattle.
Due to the driver and passenger windows being frameless, there appears to be movement between the glass and the door seal when the windows are fully closed. As the ride isn't 100% smooth, this leads to what seems like an almost constant creak / rattle just above my head.
Has anyone noticed or experienced this, and is there any easy fix?
I've thought about having the door seals refitted, but not sure this would make any difference.
