Isn't there a big machine that tests the wing fatigue by doing the same motion rather than sending the plane up there to do it? biggrin

That's certainly not something I'd want to see whilst up in the clouds!

I hope the speed/config was adjusted sharpish. That looks a little concerning.

Looks like aeroelastic flutter. Really need to know what the aircraft was doing at the time to see what caused the onset.

The Jeppessen box is there and its the standard place to kneel if you want to talk the crew (read: offer them a coffee)

they are retrofit winglets hence only just found the problems. You'd be going some to break a hawker. Built like brick st houses! There was a south american crew that decided to snap roll one and twist the fuse though....
