I'm sort of hijacking this title regarding another car to be found here

This is the American ebay Other Makes site which often has interesting cars, but in this case, has this chap got his Sabres and Sabras mixed up? I thought they were two different manufacturers, Reliant making the Sabre of course, and Sabra being made in Israel. This description sort of combines both. Could someone tell us what is the correct story?
