Biking holiday, plus other stuff

Evening all,
I have plans to go on holiday this year with a few friends. The main aim is to drink a bit too much and chase women, somewhere dirty like Ibiza or Zante would be ideal. But I'm also looking for somewhere to do some decent singletrack or downhill riding, maybe at a trail centre or some fairly well documented tracks. Driving there for a day or two if required is acceptable.
I realise this is quite a tall ask, but would just like to hear if anyone knows of or has experience of such a magical place. Any thoughts are welcome, as always.

Off to the Alpes soon on a stag do! Driving down, bikes in the van and on the car rack, 9 of us. A day driving each way and 3 days on/in the mountains.

Don't expect many womens, but road and DH Heaven. VTT (mtb) Lifts open from mid June at Alpe D'Huez and Deux Alpes. We are staying here, a catered chalet in twin rooms which looks comfortable and very close to a lift up / track back down from Deux Alpes.

Lots of night life in the Alps, but.... nothing like Ibiza or anything like that, has to be said it's a bit of a sausage fest too.

Tenerife has some pretty epic riding I'm told.

There are some good trails in Ibiza but Trail Centres seem to be very much a UK thing.

Ibiza also has some reasonable bike hire shops. Consider a guided ride, with a local guide recommended by a bike rental shop.
