South Coast convoy to Gaydon

sorry, but the name Gaydon just makes me snigger

im moving up the reserve list at a rate of knots and i will be going if i make the cut or not.I know Supercar Sunday is on the same day but i think i can get into Gaydon quicker than i can get into Goodwood on that day.

Anyone up for a meet at Marshes Carpark, Farlington? could swing into Winnall to meet up with the "Northerners" then invade the A34. Tot Hill for a Mcst Breakfast to set us up for ............yep, you guessed it...Gaydon

I will be cruising the Pimpmobile TWR XJr with available space if anyone wants a ride......Greg? and as that runs out of puff at 140 i wont be going any faster than that

Hi Tim,

kick off is 9am at Gaydon, and its about 2hrs from me on a steady cruise!!! for those meeting at Farlington i would suggest 0645 for an 0700 departure aiming for Winnall flyby at about 0730, straight in, say hi and straight out again.
open to other suggestions though

The 7 will happily cruise at 110-120 for hours on end, or so I'm told.....

Anyone thinking 7:30 is a bit early? Only would take 90mins in normal traffic.... Reckon an extra 15 in bed wouldn't get amiss

Thoughts? If I don't hear anything I'll be there for 7:30 though. Will definitely be in the E38.

Enjoyed that, was good. The noise of that XF-R was absolutely amazing. My E38 Was well and truly outperformed but it didn't too badly once up to speed
