never been to the states let alone Colorado but I hear its one of the best places in the world for mountain biking. Just in case you're looking for some outdoorsy type stuff to do. I know for a fact that there are tour operators who will take you to nice log cabins etc and guide you around some of the best terrain in the world. Any ability be it sedate scenery viewing or loony downhilling dudes.

Hope this is of some vauge interest

Cheers
Andy

P.S. can you tell I'm a mountain biker

It was Montana. But they repealed the 'Reasonable and Prudent' daytime speed limit as, unfortunately, the Cops idea of what was 'reasonable and prudent' differed from that of many drivers.

Ummm - may be me being dumb (?), but if your sister is out there, ummmm - ask her??

Gotta try the Grand Canyon, Devils Tower (Dakota, but close) Arizona Meteor Crater...... if you've gotta car, make the most of it.

Any bar or club in town!

We were in Denver last Summer. Went to see a baseball game at the Coors field (was easy to get tickets on the door - pretty cheap too). Went shopping big time!

There's basketball at the Pepsi centre in Denver and several theme/water parks. We also went up to Breckenridge. Big for outdoor sports in Summer (OK so Denver and outlying areas are at altitude so any exercise is exhausting!). They've all sorts of water sports plus mountain biking, horse riding (we spent a day on a dude ranch!!). But you can also do things requiring less exersion i.e. jeeping!

Have a look at www.coloradodirectory.com/Fun

If you fancy getting your hair wet the try:

www.rafting-colorado.net it does what it says in the URL!

Loads of national parks too!www.americansouthwest.net/colorado/index.shtml

You'll enjoy it!!! They're pretty friendly (and fit!!) in Colorado!

Actually, you're unlikely to get away from the airport at Denver as the luggage takes ages to get through!!!
