V12V - Carbon Black Edition - Numbers made?
Discussion
Phil (MakoV12V) is your man for such stats as he runs the V12V register! Im sure he will be along soon, but if not send him a PM.
The Carbon Ed V12V wasnt limited edition in any way I believe, simply an option when ordering a car, albeit a very specific set of options some of which are fixed (such as Carbon Black paint).
From memory, as I think Phil has posted this before, your numbers of about 15-20% of production is about right, so 200-300 cars, but that number would be worldwide not just UK cars. In the UK I would guess its more like 40-50 Carbon Black V12Vs?

I can currently only make two comments at this stage as I'm on my iPhone and doubt i'll be able to check my Register today:-
The highest V12 Vantage number I'm aware of is #1325 but these include 101 Roadsters and at least 10 Zags.
Coupe numbers could be as low as 1200 depending on numbers of Zags built, which I have not yet had confirmed.
It is really difficult to know how many Carbon Black coupes have been built as its virtually impossible to tell from a photo if a black car is carbon, onyx, jet or storm black. Hence my Register has quite a few entries for unknown black.
I will however post up soon the numbers of confirmed Carbons both in the UK and elsewhere.
Cheers Phil
