Opens door,"'scuse me is this the right place for information about credit cards?"

Right enough of the tomfoolary.
Since the banks have had to pay back these PPis on loans, I was unsure whether I am entitled to claim on my credit card, I noticed ,going through many old statements that I've payed an awlful lot of PPi, and I'm wondering as my cc is with a bank this applys.

I've see the ads on the telly from these firms, but I dubious whether to try them or go straight to the bank?

Any advice chaps, thanks.

Firstly, why do you think you were mis-sold the PPI? and secondly NEVER go through a claims company as they will take anywhere from 20% +vat upwards of anything repaid! If you feel you were mis-sold then write a letter of complaint direct to the CC company, plenty of templates on the net.

Thanks, I tryed to get them to take it off my statement a few years ago,but didn't happen, as I was close to the max 7K it would have made the payments a tad easier.
Luckly for me I was able to pay it off, so I reckon they owe me.
