Hi Peeps..Well i have had a prototype targa panel roof bag made..They are made from vinyl with a layer of foam and water-proof liner..They will be available in Black..Burgundy and grey..The one on show still has some bits to be re-designed..And bits added and taken off but in general this is the overall design..They will not be as cheap as the ones that leven used to sell as i have had to get them made instead of making them myself..I have yet to see what the postage is but foresee a price tag of 75 squids + postage..I will try to get the price down a bit more but its not easy as material cost has gone up considerably..In fact it cost's more in material than labour!..Please let me know if you would be interested or have any constructive critisism..Thank you...Ziga

A foot and top hand loop will be fitted to aid insertion of the panel and i will video a demo once the bag is finished..The velcro on the facing edge is the soft half to avoid any damage to the mohair...

Hi peeps..I collected the finished article earlier and i must say that im impressed by the quality of work..I have had a hand and foot loop added to make it easier to put the targa panel in with one hand..I will demo the technique soon..Im also having a jack bag..(Scissor) and a wheel cover made and will sell as a set, It should cover 14"-15" and space saver wheels..(The price will be announced)..The targa bag has cost a bit more than expected as the water-proof material was not in the equasion..So the bag will be 80 sobs + postage which i believe to be 5 squid but will check once i have packed it up and took it to the post office..They will be available in colours to match your car or whatever colour you want..They are flame retardant and are wipeable inside and out..The inner is water-proof unless you try using it as a lilo or boat, The velco has the soft part on the flap as not to scratch or damage the panel..Please email me if you are interested as they will be going on the classifieds once i know they fit others..Im not too sure yet where the TVR badge is going, Maybe under the flap?..Cheers for looking..Ziga

PS:Chris..Yours will be the first..

Hi peeps..Took a bag to the PO and the cost of postage is as follows:
2nd class 2-3 days = £8
1st Class next day/Signed for = £11
To rest of europe = £13-14

Not sure how much it will cost for the set yet as im waiting on the finished product..Hopefully the wheel covers will cover 14"-15" and space saver wheels but if not then you will need to specify which type you need..Thanks..Ziga

Hi Peeps..Just been to the trimmer and they have made a jack bag and a wheel cover as per the original, I believe they are for space savers but will test it on a 14" and 15" wheel..It has elasticated fixing so it should fit either..Again they can be made in any colour..I didnt get a chance to call in to the post office to find out postage for each and as a complete set but will do tomorrow..Also im still trying to find some smaller sew on TVR badges for these so bear with me..

Cost:

Roof Bag = 80 sobs + Postage
JACK BAG = 18 sobs + postage
Wheel cover = 20 sobs + Postage

SET
120 sobs + Postage..

So far i have ordered for the following, They should be ready next week..Please email me so i dont get in trouble..They will be advertised on the classifieds once im 100 % on everything...Cheers...Ziga

JVaughan = 1 x Black.

Wheel covers.

If tartan vinyl can be bought then yes they can be made in tartan..Or pink with purple spots if thats what you want...smile

Right i have been down the post office and these are the postage rates..Also i forgot to add the price of packaging..The small postage bags for the wheel cover and jack bag are 1.80 and the large bags 2.80..They will also be put in to a sealable bag which were cheap enough not to charge you for..Im only returning 20 sobs on the roof bags and 5 each on the jack bag and wheel covers so i have to account for the packaging also..Sorry..Im trying to keep the cost down as much as is possible and still make it worthwhile for me doing them..Cheers...Ziga
