I built one a couple of years ago, to fill a space I had at the side of my existing garage. Used a local builder. Made it in wood and used all the space I had and built a tool store to the side

Let me know if want builders details or to see pics of garage. ball park for that size about £30k??

Here's a rather special bespoke garage I'm currently building in the west end of glasgow...happy to design another!

Thanks fo the replies, its going to be in the Lanark area, buying a property in between that and the motorway.

Thinking about a courtyard shape potentially, but oak buildings (see than at the back of motorosport magazine) meets farm building type theme.Maybe using a corrugated roof/ insulated but a nicer softer exterior finish.

There are some nice projects there! would end up living in the garage!
