Leaky silicone hoses

My silicone hoses, particularly the connections onto the radiator, seem to be "self loosening". There is regularly a little anti-freeze dribble/stain on the radiator. Coolant loss is negligible but never the less it's annoying!

So, I've found these little chaps.......




The spring loaded "slipper" inside them should keep a constant tension even if hose expands, contracts, shrinks or whatever?

Time will tell, get them on today and do a few miles over the Bank Holiday


See if we can put paid to the theory that little dribbles are a fact of life at my age

Hi Mike, i had the same problem, so i tightened them up a bit more and it seem's to have stopped the dripples. Wish i could get them clip's in Spain!
