Engine Support / Crane Hire 2x times

Hello,

Anyone know where i can hire an engine support beam or crane around East Glasgow / Lanarkshire for reasonable money? I'd need it twice, approx 2 weeks apart which blows all the rental charges i've seen past the cost of buying one :-(

I'd never need it again in all likelyhood and i don't really have the spare space to store hence would prefer to rent. That said, cheapest i can find so far is to buy a cheap one from eBay for £70 delivered and hopefully punt it on again for £45.

Any pointers or leads greatly appreciated!

Is this for an engine swap on the RX8? What you putting in it?

I have an engine crane sat in my garage you are welcome to borrow for a case of beer. You'd need to pick it up and drop it back off when you're done. I'm in Hamilton.

It folds up quite neatly so you don't need much space to store it.

Nothing as sexy as an engine swap, the drivers side engine mount is collapsed and the passenger side's not far off it. Sending them off for a refurb.
