A grand day out...

Don't know if this should be in the watch section or this one.
The bezel insert fell off my watch the other day which was a good excuse for a road trip so I took the nipper out to a local (ish) repairer, had a bit of a play with a biker en route. All good.
Then I got an estimate for the repair + service, c.£650
Then on the way home I filled up with super unleaded(£70), got back on the road and was following another car when I saw something come bouncing along the road which tore a bloody great hole in my tyre. (£150ish)
I stopped & swapped it for the Krypton Factor space saver and managed to drop the alloy and ding it so its got to be re-furbed (£100ish)
It's been an expensive day, good job I get paid tomorrow!
