I have access to a 991s, but am not in a position to drive it on a regular basis. It is parked indoors so temp does not drop below 10 degrees really. How long till the battery will be too low to start the engine? Dangerous game to play myself so looking for some knowledge/experience on this. Opc claims after 3 weeks charge will go down with alarm and tracker taking juice.

No powerpoint anywhere the car fyi.

Thanks

Not a direct comparison, but I just parked up my 944T for 4 weeks and it was dead as a dodo when I came back to it.
If in doubt, remove the negative wire from the battery, is the alarm essential during that time?

If it helps I left mine for 4 weeks and no problem at all.

I think if you don't touch it for a week it shuts itself down to a minimum to preseve the battery, anyway all i can tell you is when I bought the car it wouldn't fit in my garage space it was too long, so I had the builders in and that took four weeks. When I went to pick it up from my parents garage I put the key in and it started and I drove it home no problems.

I had a similar worry a few weeks ago as I fractured my foot and couldn't drive mine for 33 days. I had a friend turn the engine over after 2 weeks. Could anyone do the same for you?

If you lock the door with the key, the battery may last longer.

I was away for six weeks earlier this year and she started no problem. Not worth disabling the alarm, it uses very little juice and keeps the insurance company happy. Ditto the tracker.
