Not bad for a car running K24 turbos, although tweaked a a little.

One looks the must nuts though and still easy did 200mph + in a head wind
Was my 1st 200mph+ cherry and I thank the CTR 3 owner not only for taking me out, but for doing 120mph power slides onto the main straight :-)

Jez I sat waiting for Sophie and gave her a good 150-200 yard head start... My gentleman nature kicked in ;-)

Get that car ready so we can do some runs next Vmax.

I know, she has been miserable all day because she didn't take advantage of the head start. I did the last run before we left and all the way up the runway I was praying i didn't beat her best speed, I even thought of backing off early but she would have been just as cross.
She's a nightmare and now wants another 100hp...thanks a bunchhehe
I don't ever fancy my chances off the line against that machine of yours thats for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed the event. Loved the porsche, especially the noise from the front at full pelt!

Pics?

Info?

Cars?

Bit of a write up?

This thread is like a load of backslapping and congratulations in a private gentlemens club, where only a handful of people know what you are actually discussing!

Sorry mate, should have been more considered. Women, you can't live with them nor without. Tell her I got lucky, slingshot, sudden extra boost out of nowhere, never happened before... And I'll let her win next time. Any chance that'll work? She is one fast girl, not sure I would wanna go in a plane with her chauffeuring ;-)

The crazy thing is that it cruises at 26 - 27 mpg at 95 mph on the motorway laugh

Halfway thinking of strengthening shafts and axles, have James or Adam go more aggressive on geo and susps, stick some cups or slicks on it and take is to Spa and the Ring to see how quick it can go round. It is very drivable once you get used to being moved from A to B in a straight line quite a bit quicker than you can imagine possible byebyewavey
