95% Mortgages

First Time poster here so hello all

I have been reading the forums for ages but need to check if there are any decent 95% mortgages available with interest rates between 5% and 6%?

I did try to contact Sarnie (PH mortgage expert I believe) but I never got a reply back (used his website contact email)

I know 10% plus equals better rates etc, but I cannot stand staying at home any longer than necessary.

My credit record is fine and if I could private message someone to discuss further, any advice would be appreciated.
