964 tyre question

so i need new fronts on my c2, as a worn top mount knocked out the geometry and they are now illegal.

couple of years ago i had 4 continental sport contacts n1 fitted, the rears are still fine

i guess i want to upgrade to Michelin Pilot Sports, i guess I'm okay with the Michelins on the front and the continentals on the rear and then change the rears when I've had a few more miles out of them ?

So if anyone has experience of these two on their 964... is the michelin a better tyre or should i just stick to continentals and have 4 matching tyres? Sad post; need to get a life i guess !!

I got Michelin PS2s last week. I've had Bridgestone S02s for the last couple of sets, and I fancied a change.

New tyres are usually better than old tyres, so a comparison is hard, but they seem grippier and the turn-in is sharper. They have a huge rim protector as well.
