Non classic MGBGT

There was an MGBGT at our drive it day on Sunday, it was a spanking new LE-50 costing £50k yet it is registered as a 2000cc 1967 MG and tax exempt! How can this be right!

well knowing the company that sell them I'm surprised they're not labelled as an Aston Martin, if it was running it must be the demo model as I can't see many customer models running that well for that long for those unfortunate enough to be have bought from said company

There was quite a lot of people there talking about it due to having genuine cars that were just outside the tax exempt bracket,
