Agree with Paul there - over 100 S Series plus 20-odd other TVRs IIRC. It was a great day, but good job you can't see the wind in those photos (I remember watching somebody's club gazebo tumbling down the centre of the display area).

A memorable day indeed, the big blue gazeebo was comical, as was trying to sleep in a tent up against a hedge

It was worth it though.

When's the next one? I have to admit to being a Chim owner, but I live two miles fom the Showground and love the look of the S. My TVR guy has an S of his own he is refurbing, and I am looking forward to seeing it on the road and track.

I also have a vague recollection of driving along with several other TVRs, and all of us being overtaken on a dual carriageway by a Porsche, closely followed by a certain pale blue TVR on max volume...

Happy days...

Bank Holiday Monday, August, North Notts.

A general classic car meet at a country house which we are piggy backing on. Oh, and you are highly likely to see an awful lot of chims too there if all goes to plan.... smile
