Few Tech Questions

Have a few tech questions, car very nearly ready.. brakes/master cylinder sorted, just the front steering oil cooler and some air intake ducting..
1, steering rack gaitor? anyone know what its off? I have emailed Noble but not heard back. MOT is about a month away, I might as well change now whilst I'm working on the car..
2, Mocal oil cooler for Steering rack. anyone know what fitments this is? BSP or JIC?
3, air intake ducting, where the car has had a front knock, my nearside inlet duct is gone, as are the ducting tubes (right side is a single inlet). Anyone know where I can get another inlet duct, and if not and I have one made (from the other side) where does the ducting pipework go to? and how necessary - I have a VIC test booked and its 20 miles away, don't want to damage the car if this cooling is necessary.
4, centre rear under chassis aluminium panel, the most rearward and central piece, is this vital? mine is missing - no biggie though I can order for around £9 (I have had to replace a few of the other floor panels already)

The front ducting is only for cabin ventilation - it goes into the heater box - so no problem.
When you do sort it, you may as well do the tunnel cooling mod rather than just reinstate as standard.
Don't think the rear floor panel is a problem in the short term either but better replaced.
