Identify this woody!

Recently spotted this in France and after exhausting almost every American/European/Russian car manufacturer followed by 'woody' in Google last night, I can't find anything similar. So i turn to the PH masses to help identify the mystery woody! Here are the distinguishing features i have noted (If it helps)
Front doors are metal (almost all woody's of that era had wooden front doors)
Front doors are suicide hinged.
Had a star for a badge on the top of the grill (But it isn't a Chrysler) and there were no other badges anywhere on the car.
Wheels are wooden.
Rear arches not flared (Like others of that era)

In the '30s lots of cars were coachbuilt, so this Vivastella shooting brake probably has a rare coachbuilt body.
