Di2 upgrade, worth having a go at self fit?

Just taking the plunge and ordered an internal wiring harness, seatpost battery and upgrade components for my Cervelo RS (Ultegra 6770 - I want the e-tube programming). Has anyone had a go at fitting themselves? I know I'll need a small hole drilled at the top of the downtube finished with some epoxy resin, but I'm more concerned with getting the front and rear derailleur set up and configured correctly.

Any tips much appreciated!
