Apologies if already covered - I've read all the threads I could find on this topic but never found a definitive answer and nothing specifically for the 991, which I believe has a touch more space anyway...

So, I'm looking for a forward-facing child seat to go in the rear of a 991 for Baby Redmax, who's approaching 1 year old.

I will go to Mothercare or similar and try some but to short-cut the process, can anyone recommend one that from personal experience will fit?

Cheers

I'll answer my own question then! I've gone for a Britax Trifix, which is reassuringly expensive and seems to get good reviews from some brief research.

The seat looks quite large actually, which suggests there's much more space in the 991 that earlier 911s and I suspect most seats would fit in that case, at least ones without the support leg at the front.

The front seat will probably need to go forward a bit when Baby Redmax's legs reach a certain length but no big deal in the scheme of things.

It's an Isofix seat, and it uses the top tether hook behind the back of the rear seats.

Maybe with the extra space there is little need for the seat to be specific to the car. With the 996 and 997 there just wasn't the room for many of the seats. Some of the Maxi Cosi seats go in.

Good to see 991 has Isofix and tether. Even Gen 2 997 wasn't that up to date.
