Normandy/Loire - last minute trip. (Spyders/Porsches)
Discussion
Mulling over a last minute blast this weekend in Nornandy / Loire area with my Spyder. Thought I'd throw it out there if other Porsche owners fancy it. Sat / Sun / Mon.... Bit of driving, plenty of food and drink. Nothing too special accomodation wise blowing the budget.
Thinking of going down to Tours / Saumur area. I would be starting off from St Malo.
I'm not 100% definate just yet, but will see any interest from others in a meet.

Try a few back roads, as in France they are excellent quality and often wide and flowing with good forward visibility.
I am sure you know that when you pass a sign to enter a town or village the limit is 50kph and it returns to the national limit on exit unless signs indicate otherwise. Also, if you have recently updated your sat nav it will not pick up speed camera locations in France as it is illegal to have a machine that does so (They are small grey boxes that are not always easily seen). I noticed this last year as my old sat nav locates them but my newer one does not.
