Aero bars which one?

No not the bubbly chocolate ones!!

Looking at buying my first set as rides get longer and like the aero dynamic position and lean in for long rides.

But being new to aero bars:

1) are they good for long distance road cycling
2) which would you recommend sub £100
3) are they easy to fit and stable? I have a wilier road bike

I've been wondering if its worth it... Recently in the driving wind i've rested forearms on the top bars instead and its not unbearable

Sore gooch is usually what stops me riding in an aero position for long distances

I've actually put a (sensible) post in the linked thread about the merits of aerobars on road bikes. I won't duplicate here.

There's a bunch of good stuff written on slowtwitch.com by Dan Empfield that's worth a read. I'd second his suggestion that if you're on a roadbike a 'short' aero bar like the ITU draft-legal ones is a good idea..
