Anyone on here?

[sunbeam alpine]

Saw a small convoy yesterday (Thursday) lunchtime driving down the E40 in Belgium - 4 GT3's with a BMW (Z coupe?) in the middle.

Looked and sounded lovely

Track days at spa & ring this week there were lots of uk PH'ers over

Sunbeam Alpine - now there's a car I loved. About 25 years ago I had a Series 5 with a Holbay engine. That car just oozed character - wonderfully mechanical and immediate in a way no modern car can match. Cracking fun (and sideways at almost zero mph on that ridiculously narrow rear track and super-skinny tyres)!

Hmmmm..... maybe time for another one
